I have been looking at land now for approx 5 years, then when covid hit, it also hit my savings.I thought I would never have something to call my own. The hesitation and fear of being scammed was heavy on my head, but you only live once right? Jeff made this transaction the easiest transaction I have EVER made. I am currently hearing impaired with a mean double ear infection, and Jeff helped me get through the transaction smoothly. Thank you Jeff, for helping me achieve my dream of owning land. Jeff has allowed us to access the asset of land with NO CREDIT CHECK! This was important for us because we are not interested in playing the credit game. I was able to find a property and INSTANTLY buy. I love the affordable payment plans. We now own DEBT FREE LAND! Jeff and his process is smooth and easy! This was my first time purchasing land and I came across one of Jeff’s listings. When talking with him, based on our conversation he suggested another listing that would better fit my use for the property. Not only was his communication very easy, within a few hours of speaking with him I was now an official land owner!
