Aaron is great to work with! We are first time buyer and he made us feel extremely comfortable and answered any questions that we were curious about. He was very patient with us and our situations and at the end of the day made it happen in our favor. He goes above and beyond for his customers and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy land or a home. Five stars in my book!
Aaron was great to work with, he answered all of our questions that we had when we purchased our land from him. Everything was upfront with no hidden fee's, the price listed is what you pay, he will even do the paperwork the same day. It is hard to find someone honest these days with all the scams going on, there was no pressure or sales tactics being pushed on us, just honest business dealings. We would recommend Aaron to anyone looking to purchase from him.

Aaron Gumm is the person that helped us find the perfect lot for our family! Easy process and very upfront! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! He walked us through where and how to get into the parcels he had up for sale and went above and beyond for our questions very honest and very helpful!!
