Oh what a beautiful chunk of land this is! Scattered native grass, plants and a bit of prickly pear sprinkled about. There are a few trees sprinkled about the area although it doesn’t look like any are on the actual property. There sure were pretty views of the surrounding treed hillsides and mesas with interesting cliffs falling to the valley floor below!

This area is not too remote as Sanders is about five minutes to the north. It is not too far off of the paved Sand Springs rd either. There are many power poles in the area.
