My experience with Green PAstures was smooth, transparent and at every step I felt they were listening to my concerns and answering questions. At first I was concerned about doing a land deal over the internet, but by the end of the process, I had a very different perspective. I actually wound up doing two deals with them. Phenomenal customer service!
I enjoyed working with Ashley on my recent purchase of land in Utah. The entire transaction was quick and smooth without any problems. She listened to and addressed any concerns that I had. I look forward to working with her again for future purchases and will definitely give her a shoutout on my YouTube channel when I have the opportunity to visit the property in person.

Honestly, I've always been told I never own land myself. Had me believing in that for a long time. Till I seen a youtube that in the headline, 0 down land.. that got me looking more. Found land I'd like, took a chance and sent a message. Well Green Pastures listend to what I had to say, they was and still is, very helpful. Very helpful. Never know unless ya just ask.

We have bought two properties with Green pastures realty that I seen on Landmodo, I contacted Ashley a real person not a computer and a very nice person that really helped me through the steps to complete our transaction very professional very high tech and easy to do I just today made my second payment and several properties from her in Nevada I can personally vouch for them that they are good people and very helpful and I highly recommend Green pastures realty and I'm not just blowing smoke I sincerely really mean this thank you

critical to my decision to buy. I appreciated the opportunity to negotiate a

to be willing to take some risks and ensure you understand enough see any red
