First off, I was out of my element to say the least, not knowing a lot about how buying property in different parts of the country. After reaching out and talking to Mr. Gregg at Mark enterprises my attitude changed. He helped me with all my questions and has answered or returned every phone call. As a first time land buyer I was obviously nervous, but Gregg put me at ease. He made it super easy to purchase the land that I wanted at a great price. The contract was straight forward and super easy to get through. All and all very happy with my experience.

I enjoyed working with Mark Enterprises on their purchasing property I had in FL. They responded immediately to any question I had. They followed through the process without delay. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the money deposited into my bank account as quick as it was. I admit that I was concerned selling my property while I was away, out of the country. I had a wonderful experience with this company. This was my first time purchasing a property, and the process was very smooth. Greg and his team were able to answer all my questions and guide me through the process I went in feeling very comfortable about my decision.They did what they said they were going to do, and even followed up with me to make sure all was well. I will undoubtedly repurchase property from Mark Enterprise LLC.
