The lot is cover with lots of mature sagebrush (some over 6 feet tall). Ojito creek to the north with a smaller offshoot coming off it. It is possible that the moisture from the creek have made the vegetation larger on property compared to most in the area.
The lot beautiful 5 acre is located off the cul-de-sac on Sween Road located the Sangre de Cristo Ranches (SDCR) subdivision. Just 35 miles from Alamosa where you will find all of the major big box stores (Walmart, Home Depot and more). Easy year around access from Hwy 159 since the roads are normally plowed when it snows.
