I love this property. It's better than my man cave -- it's my home away from home! And that's why my wife wants me to sell it.
It's a great feeling to pull up my camper, hunker down, and just relax, away from the noise of the city; far, far away from the shopping registers that are music to my wife's ears. At night, I can gaze at the blanket of stars that stretches over me and my land, instead of seeing stars from the shopping bills. I load up and have target practice -- right on my own property! But, it's not all for me -- my kids love the area as well, and love to explore new trails to ride. And the trip over to Gallup ATV park in New Mexico is a blast!
I was planning on building for the future on this little gem, since the town of Sanders is expanding, but happy wife, happy life, right? Please call me so she can see I'm trying, but just know I'll try to talk you out of it.
