Notes from our photographer: Property is accessed via N6425, a dirt and large rock two track off of CR 6040, a well-made county-maintained dirt road which is easily accessible right off of Hwy 191S. Property has rolling terrain from the southern to center and the property is mostly flat on the northern portion. There is a small reservoir near the NW corner that holds low water. Vegetation includes sporadic juniper on the northern border, and some groves on the southern border. Cactus, hackberry bush and brush are throughout. Wonderful mountain views to the southeast, south and southwest. Views can be seen from the entire property. No neighbors, 4G cell service available.
