Notes from our photographer: The best way to get to the property is to exit I-10 at Exit 340 and head South on Rex Allen Drive. Turn right (West) on Haskell Rd. Then Left on Maley Street (Hwy 186). Drive a few miles, then exit at the signs for Kansas Settlement Road which will take you South. Drive for about 5 miles and turn South on Arzberger Road. Drive a few more miles and turn North on Richard Trail. Drive to the end of Richard trail and follow the road to the left onto Phillips Road (West). In about ¼ mile you’ll reach the SE Corner of the property at the corner of an orchard. The highways are paved until you reach Richard Trail, then it’s well-packed dirt. Adjacent properties include a vineyard to the North and an orchard to the South. To the East lies a couple of homes/trailers. Willcox is 15 minutes away with a grocery store, hardware store, restaurants, bars, etc. Powerlines are at the SE corner and SE entrance.
