When exchanging properties, we apply your current paid principle to the new property.  Our terms are all 0% interest and there are no penalties for early payoff.
  2. 2. To secure the land pay the one-time doc fee (non-refundable) and the down payment (Buy Now Button).  At that point the land is no longer available to anyone else.  We will send you an email and follow up with you to get the documents signed electronically (documents include: Purchase Agreement, Promissory Note, and Land sale Contract).  We will help you get signed up for ACH Bank Draft for your monthly payments.  We will help you throughout the process.
