I had an very good experience financing land with Gregg. I searched for the right Costilla County property and at the price-point that we could afford. From speaking, texting and emailing Gregg, I am absolutely 100 % positive that we are going to have a great land ownership experience. If I thought for one second that this was not a good deal or that it would not end well, I would never have signedcommitted to land ownership.We own a townhome but now I can say, and I have, I invested in 5 acres in South Central Colorado. On-grid, off-grid, who cares, the plans that I have for building on the property are half the fun. Log cabin? Modular home?
