Hello there folks, First let me just say thanks for taking the time to read this. I'll try to keep it short and sweet.

My name is Aric Grose but you probably already noticed that and I'm the co owner of Creekview Acquisitions. If you're curious who the other owner is then I won't keep it from you, It is none other than the great William Grose. AKA Dad or Pops as my family calls him. You'll currently find me in the wonderful bluegrass state of Kentucky where I've had my roots planted going on 26 years now. 

My story how I came into this business is pretty simple. I spent a long while jumping between a few different jobs looking for something that spoke to me. I never found it though. I wasn't unhappy per say, I guess it's more accurate to say I was content. Then one day my father tells me about a business he's interested in getting into, This Business. The more I looked into the more it seemed perfect. It may sound cheesy but I genuinely enjoy making people happy. The main reason I'm typing this out is because I want whoever is reading this to know the goal of our company is to help people realize their dreams of land ownership. We want people to know you don't need a boat load of money to have your own little piece of paradise for a fair price. I've found there aren't many things that fill me with more joy than talking to someone I've sold land to and seeing how happy It's made them and their families.
