I just wanted to share our experience with Matt Foster @ Dream Hill Homes. We received an offer in the mail to purchase land from us in Dolan Springs, Az. The offer was reasonable so our next concern was is this legit or another scam we all hear about happening all the time. This concern has caused us to just throw away offers received in the mail not really knowing for sure but to be safe in today's environment. So we checked into them and everything looked good but you never know as the bad guys are cleaver. We arranged the title transfer to meet in person with a licensed notary to do the handoff where we sign the paperwork and receive the check at the same time. The check cleared the bank with no problems. If anyone reading this is having the same concerns, you have nothing to worry about wit Dream Hill Homes they are legit. They were very professional and easy to work with in fact we have more land we would like to do business with them.Steve B.
