About Velocity ROI

Randy Wolfe, Doug Wilkes, and Steven David own Velocity ROI LLC. 

Randy graduated from The Citadel in 2003 and founded Palmetto United Insurance, Wolfe Real Estate Investment Group, as well as co-founded Velocity ROI.  Randy and his wife have two kids and love going on adventures! 

Doug Wilkes graduated from The Citadel in 2006 and co-founded Artisan Logistics Inc as well as Velocity ROI.  Doug and his wife have three kids and they love going out on Lake Murray whenever possible. 

Steve David retired from the South Carolina Air National Guard in 2022 as Senior Master Sergeant after 25 years of combined service, starting with the United States Air Force in 1997.  His most recent role was Recruiting and Retention Superintendent. 

We enjoy working with customers to help them find and purchase the properties they desire with prices and terms that make dreams possible.
