Good, Fast, and Explained everything. I didn't like paying the interest to the third party for the payment, but the realtor was good, he sorted made up for it. (Better then dealing with the Bank.)

Buying land can be exciting, and confusing. Josh has a great understanding of the business and put me right at ease. I love his sense of humor- it makes everything easier to bear.
