I’m Josh Larkosh and for as long as I can remember, I’ve felt called to natural, undisturbed land.
Maybe it all started with my early childhood memories on a sprawling 40 acre playground, picking fresh raspberries and allowing my imagination to run wild…
Maybe it’s the comfort that comes with savoring nature’s divine creation, even as the rest of the world seems to turn on its head…
Either way, there is just ONE thing that I can tell you with absolute certainty:
Owning your own slice of land is one of the greatest investments you’ll ever make.
Which is exactly where I come in.
I buy unwanted plots of land and reselling them to folks who see the boundless potential in undisturbed pieces of paradise.
And if that sounds simple, it’s because it is.
You see, whether you’re after a quiet getaway space for reconnecting with your outdoorsy roots or the perfect blank canvas for building your dream home, my mission is to help you get there with no hassles or endless negotiations.

And as full-time father of 3 salt of the earth boys, as well as an extraordinarily lucky husband to a certified Super Mom, I know firsthand that the more you spend wasting time on property hunting, the less time you get to spend with those who matter most.

Good, Fast, and Explained everything. I didn't like paying the interest to the third party for the payment, but the realtor was good, he sorted made up for it. (Better then dealing with the Bank.)
